With the scale up of the Intel® Teach courses in the different regions of the country, through DepED division-based trainings, Intel® Technology Philippines, Inc. (ITPI) partners with the University of the Philippines National Institute for Science and Mathematics Education Development (UP NISMED) to ensure quality conduct of the said trainings.  Training support included actual observations of the whole duration of the Getting Started and Skills for Success Courses and during critical sessions of the Essentials Course.  The observations noted down good aspects of the training as well as areas for improvement of the training team and the overall delivery of the training. Preparation and debriefing sessions were held by the training team consisting of selected Intel® Teach National Trainers (NTs) and the training support team consisting of Ms. Celia R. Balbin and Ms. Monalisa T. Sasing from UP NISMED.

The training support team also helped in monitoring the progress of participants as well as in giving constructive feedback to the outputs of the participants.  Additional training resources, such as background materials on certain pedagogies were also provided to the training team that helped them prepare for their sessions.

Among the trainings monitored from April 14 to May 2, 2008 were the Getting Started and Essentials trainings in the Division of Marikina City, Getting Started and Skills for Success trainings in the Division of Naga City, and the Getting Started Course training in the Cavite Province Division.
