Subject: Review of Memorandum of Agreement by the Diliman Legal Office

As a matter of procedure, we would like to request you to make sure that a soft copy is
 submitted together with a hard copy of any proposed contract or agreement that you endorse
 to the Office of the Chancellor. The submission of a soft copy of any agreement will help
 facilitate the review by the Diliman Legal Office (DLO).

We hope that this will help avoid delays in the review of contracts or agreements by the DLO.
