Subject: Memorandum of Agreement with Miriam College

Please be informed that Miriam College has decided not to renew their
 Memorandum of Agreement with UP Diliman allowing the services of our
 faculty members to teach their college. The effectivity of the previous
 MOA ended last December 13, 2004. As such, faculty members will no
 longer be allowed to teach in Miriam College effective first semester of
 SY 2005-2006.

Please be guided accordingly.
