Subject: UP Diliman Office of Anti-Sexual Harassment

This is to reiterate Memorandum No. ERR-03-166 on the creation of the UP
 Diliman Office of Anti-Sexual Harassment and enjoining everyone in the
 UP Community to please report all cases of sexual harassment and other
 offenses that are sexual in nature to the UP Diliman Office of
 Anti-Sexual Harassment (OASH) which is currently located at the UP
 Center for Women’s Studies Building, and will soon hold office at the
 2nd Floor, Benton Hall, Roxas St., UP Diliman.

The OASH was created on September 3, 2003 and is the official body
 tasked to investigate and accord due process to all complaints of sexual
 harassment and other offenses that are sexual in nature in UP Diliman
 and is currently composed of the following members:

Attached* is the UP Diliman protocol for complaints on sexual harassment
