Subject: Investiture of President Emerlinda R. Roman on July 21, 2005

Everyone is enjoined to attend the Investiture Rites of Dr. Emerlinda R.
 Roman, 19th President of the University, which will be held on Thursday,
 July 21, 2005 at 2:00 o’clock p.m. at the UP Theater.

Below are some details on Presidents Roman’s Investiture:
 For those who will join the processional
  - Please wear your sablay
  - You are requested to register at the registration desk at 1:00
    o’clock p.m. and assemble at the mezzanine of the UP Theater.
    Everyone is requested to be in line formation for the Processional by
    2:00 o’clock p.m.

The arrival honors for President Roman will be at 1:45 p.m. The
 processional will start right after.

 For those who will not join the processional
  -After registration, you may proceed inside the auditorium and seat at
   the side rows or at the balcony. There will be NO designated seats per
   constituents university, Usherettes will be around to assists you.
