SUBJECT: Survey of Software Use and Needs

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and 
 Development is conducting a survey of the computer 
 capabilities and software use and needs of UP Diliman.

We would like to request you to disseminate the attached* 
 forms to your units and submit the accomplished forms to 
 our office not later than February 28, 2003. The results 
 of the survey will help us access the software needs of 
 UP Diliman to determine the best possible arrangement for 
 the use of licensed/open source software.
