To: All Tenants of the UP Shopping Center

Subject: Photocopying of Books

It has come to the attention of the University that tenants 
 of the UP Shopping Center with photocopying machine 
 services are violating the Intellectual Property Code by 
 reproducing entire books without prior permission from their authors.

Henceforth, all tenants of the UP Shopping Center are prohibited 
 from reproducing any books in its entirety, in accordance with the 
 Intellectual Property Code.
