Subject: Search for UP Alumni Awardees 2004

The UP Alumni Awards for 2004 is now open for nominations. 
 Attached* are a copy of the guidelines and nomination forms 
 for your use. Please reproduce should you need additional copies, 
 and disseminate to all interested parties. All accomplished nomination 
 forms should be forwarded directly to the UP alumni Association Office 
 at the Ang Bahay ng Alumni.

Please note that the deadline for submission of entries to the search 
 for the 2004 UP Alumni Awardees is March 1, 2004 and May 3, 2004 for 
 the Outstanding Graduates Award.
