To: Deans and Head of Units

Subject: Revised Faculty Manual

The Revised Faculty Manual is now available in hard copy and 
 CD form and is ready for distribution. All regular faculty members, 
 excluding those on secondment, leave with pay who are based 
 abroad and those on leave without pay are entitled to a CD each. 
 Hard copies of the manual will be distributed to the College 
 using the following formula:

	No of copies for Unit = 50% of total number 
				of regular faculty members

Please submit the total number of regular faculty members (as indicated 
 above) in your college/units and coordinate with the Office of the 
 Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs for the delivery of the Manual.
