Subject: Public Lecture on Macapagal-Arroyo Presidency 
  and Administration

The culiminating event of the 3rd UP Public Lectures on the 
 Philippine Presidency and Administration will feature Her 
 Excellency President Gloria MAcapagal-Arroyo who will give a 
 lecture on the Macapagal-Arroyo Presidency and Administration: 
 A Self Assessment on March 16, 2004, Tuesday, from 10:00 to 12:00 
 noon at the Ceremonial Hall, Malacanang Palace.

Those interested will be allowed to attend the lecture on official time. 
 You are requested to fill-up the attached individual Confirmation 
 Form and submit it directly to the Center for Leadership, Citizenship 
 and Democracy, NCPAG on or before March 1 2004. The NCPAG will be 
 providing transportation to and from Malacanang.
