Subject: Use of DocuTrak Service

In July 2003, Director Rommel Feria of our Computer Center sent
 out a memorandum concerning the activation of the Document 
 Tracking System or DocuTrak. The Computer Center provided 
 training for our staff prior to its activation.
 
We have been informed by Director Feria that the DocuTrak 
 System is the most under-utilized service of the Center 
 because we are not using it. Please encourage your staff to 
 use this system. The system was designed to help us keep track 
 of documents as it is processes. Let us not put to waste money 
 and time spent developing the system and training staff for its use.
