Subject: Guidelines on Professorial Chairs and Faculty Grants

Attached is a copy of the Guidelines on Professorial Chair 
 Awards and Faculty Grant Awards approved by the Board of Regents 
 at its meeting held on February 26, 2004. This copy supersedes 
 the earlier copy we disseminated through Memorandum ERR -04-028 
 dated March 2 2004 to correct the amount of the faculty grant 
 award form 12,000 to 15,000 as appearing in the last line of 
 the General Guidelines.
