ERR-04-062 To: All Deans and Head of Units and Faculty Subject: Online Submission of Grades ---------------------------------------------------------------- As agreed upon in the April 14, 2004 UP Diliman Executive Committee meeting, the Report of Grades (Grade sheets) will no longer be printed starting this summer. Thus, all grades will have to be submitted online. Online submission of grades maybe done by faculty members individually using their UP Webmail accounts or by officially-designated personnel at the departments’/institutes’ or at College Secretaries’ offices. For the past two (2) semesters, the Office of the University Registrar and the UP Diliman CRS Team have conducted training on Online Submission of Grades, which were participated in by faculty members and staff from the different colleges. To further assist our faculty and staff especially those who have not undergone training, we are furnishing you a CD and a printed copy of the tutorial “Online Submission of Grades Made Easy”, produced by the UP Diliman CRS Team with support from Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and the Diliman Interactive Learning Center.
