Subject: Revised Deployment of Blue Guards

Due to financial constraints, the usual deployment of security
 guards shall be revised effective August 1, 2004. For security 
 reasons, however, the specifics of the deployment cannot be 
 disclosed herein to prevent its exploitation by lawless elements. 
 Should you wish to avail of additional guards, you may source it 
 from your trust fund/MOOE.
