To: Deans, Directors, Head of Units

Subject: Service Record Update

We are please to inform you that we have forwarded to GSIS the 
 Service Records (SR) of 2,137 employees (52.2% of the total 
 number of employees of Diliman and System Offices) whose names 
 appear in the attached list. They may now directly transact 
 business with GSIS, provided they secure authority from HRDO. 
 Also, they can now have their SRs prepared within the day of request.

We have a Liaison Officer who goes to GSIS and other government 
 agencies like Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, Department of Foreign Affairs 
 every Thursday; thus, any employee who may wish to request assistance 
 may be entertained provided documents are submitted to HRDO by 
 Wednesday afternoon.

Moreover, we have also made the SRs available for digital viewing at 
 HRDO, HRDO will only issue a revised/updated SR if there will be any 
 change in the salary of the employee.

The digitization of the SRs is one of the thrusts of HRDO to provide 
 fast and efficient service; hence, we are asking your assistance in 
 reminding your faculty and staff who have not forwarded to HRDO their 
 validated SRs to do so. This will facilitate their transaction with  
 government and other agencies requiring the submission of SRs.

For those who are not included in the list, either we are still 
 correcting the information on their SRs or they have not yet returned 
 to HRDO their validated SRs. One updated, these SRs will also be 
 forwarded to GSIS.
