Subject: Celebration of the National Human Rights Week

The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) will celebrate the National 
 Human Rights Week on December 4-10, 2004.

You are encouraged to participate by organizing similar Human 
 Rights activities like symposia, orientation and other awareness 
 program in your respective units.

Attached is a copy of invitation from CHR for your information and guidance.
