Subject: Search for UP Alumni Awardees 2005

The UP Alumni Awards for 2005 is now open for nominations. 
 Attached are a copy of the guidelines and nomination forms 
 for your use. Please reproduce should you need additional copies, 
 and disseminate to all interested parties. All accomplished 
 nomination forms should be forwarded directly to the UP 
 Alumni Association office at the Bahay ng Alumnu.

Please note that the deadline for submission of entries to the 
 search for the 2005 UP Alumni Awardees is March 1, 2005.
