At its 1021st meeting held on September 29, 2005, the Board of Regents
 approved the *(1) the amendment of the Guarantee Scheme of the Student
 Loan Board and the (2) Proposed Guidelines for the Reckoning of the
 Return Service Obligation of Faculty Fellows.
