Subject: Celebration of the National Human Rights Week

The Commission of Human Rights (CHR) will celebrate the National Human
 Rights Week on December 4-10, 2005.

You are encouraged to participate by organizing similar Human Rights
 activities like symposia, orientation and other awareness program in
 your respetive units.

Attached is a copy of invitation from the CHR for your information and
 guidance.
