Subject: Search for UP Alumni Awardees 2006

The UP Alumni Awards for 2006 is now open for nominations. Attached*
 are   a copy of the guidelines and nomination forms for your use.
 Please reproduce should you need additional copies, and disseminate to
 all interested parties. All accomplished nomination forms should be
 forwarded directly to the UP Alumni Association Office at the Ang Bahay
 ng Alumni.

Please note that the deadline for submission of entries to the search for 
 the 2006 UP Alumni Awardees is March 1, 2006 and May 1, 2006 for
 the Outstanding Graduates Award.
