Subject: Amendmentof the Board of Regent's Decision to allow Automatic 
 Increase in Library Fees

The Board of Regents at its 1210th meeting on June 30, 2006, amended its 
 previous decision on June 23, 2005 allowing the automatic increase in library fees 
 following its approval of the increase in library fees at the School of Economics.
 Attached* is a copy of the amendment for your information and guidance.
