To: UP Diliman Faculty and Research Extension and Professional Staff (REPS)

Subject: All UP Academic Employees Union's Petition for Accreditation 
 with the Civil Service Commission

This is to inform the UP Diliman Faculty and Research Extension and 
 Professional Staff (REPS) that the Civil Service Commission (CSC) 
 has found the documents submitted by the All UP Academic Employees Union 
 in its Petition for Accreditation to be complete and in order.

It is however necessary for the Union to post the Notice of Petition for 
 Accreditation for a period of ten (10) calendar days in a conspicuous 
 place within the premises of the University.

For UP Diliman,  the Notice of Petition for Accreditation of the All UP Academic 
 Employees Union together with the true copy of the signatures of UP Diliman 
 Faculty and REPS are posted in the HRDO at the 2nd Floor of the Institute 
 of Small Scale Industries from Decemebr 6, 2006 to December 20, 2006.

This is accordance with the CSC guidelines in ensuring that interested parties 
 are able to verify the veracity of the Petition and signatures, and to raise 
 questions before the CSC whenever appropriate. Please see attached letter of the CSC.*
