Memorandum No. SSC-07-11

To: Deans, Directors, Head of Units and Administrative Officers

Subject: Submission of Unused/Unutilized Obligations for CY 2006

In compliance to COA Accounting Circular No. 2007-001 dated 
 January 19, 2007 mandating the submission of a List of 
 Accounts Payable, please submit to the Office of the Vice 
 Chancellor for Administration on or before March 5, 2007 the 
 following information: 

1. List of Obligations (with ALOBS or BUS) earmarked for a 
   specific purpose but not yet expended;
2. List of Obligations (with ALOBS or BUS) which have not 
   been fully utilized/expended; and
3. List of Obligations which are still undergoing the procurement process

Based on the COA Circular, failure to submit the above data would 
 mean forfeiture of the subject obligations.
