Subject: College Faculty and Administrative Staff Representative to the 
Hearing Pool of the Office of Anti-Sexual Harassment (OASH)

Section 7 of the University of the Philippines Implementing Rules and 
 Regulations (UPIRR) in the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995 approved 
 by the Board of Regents on July 30, 1998 states that “The Office of 
 Anti-Sexual Harassment shall constitute a pool composed of students, 
 faculty members and employees from which a hearing committee is formed 
 for every case where formal procedure is preferred or deemed necessary."
 In accordance with the said rule, please designate one (1) faculty member 
 and one (1) administrative staff to represent your College in the said 
 hearing pool.

Please be guided by the following criteria in the selection of your 
 College representatives:

a. Holds a permanent appointment
b. Gender-sensitive
d. Familiar with and appreciates the importance of the issue of sexual harassment
e. Willing to put in time for the resolution of sexual harassment cases.

Please submit the names of your representatives on or before March 5, 2007 to 
 the OASH, 2nd Floor Benton Hall, M. Roxas Ave., UP Diliman, Quezon City 
 with contact numbers VOIP 4465 and 2466.
