20 March 2007 Memorandum No. SSC-07-18 To: ALL FACULTY MEMBERS AND STAFF Subject: GSIS eCard Plus enrolment on campus ----------------------------------------------------------- We are pleased to inform you that the GSIS has granted our request to have a GSIS eCard Plus enrolment station on campus. This will be held on the following dates: March 26-30, April 2-3, and April 10-13, 2007, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm (no lunch break) at the Human Resources Development Office, Quezon Hall open to UP Diliman and UP System Offices employees. The GSI eCard Plus is required by the GSIS Wireless Automated Processing System (GW@PS), the new system wherein a member-employee can immediately apply for loan and/or transact business from any available GSIS kiosk all throughout the country. All GSIS benefits and privileges (loans, retirement pay, etc.) can be availed only through the GSIS GW@PS’ eCard Plus. For our on-campus eCard Plus enrolment, the old GSIS eCard is required. Those who ere unable to secure the old eCard or who have lost their old eCard are instructed to process their eCard Plus enrolment at the GSIS QC enrolment center. You may coordinate with HRDO for your schedule. Attached* is the schedule for the on-campus GSIS eCard Plus enrolment. To avoid inconvenience, kindly come to the enrollment station only during your designated schedule. Strict compliance with the schedule will help ensure that we will be able to serve all employees within the limited time afforded to us. On your scheduled enrolment date, kindly bring two (2) valid IDs with picture (UP ID, driver’s license, passport, voter’s ID, postal ID, major credit card, TIN), the accomplished GSIS information sheet, your old GSIS eCard and your mobile phone number.
