Subject: Counterpart Funds for DOST Projects

Please be informed that the Department of Science 
 and Technology (DOST) is requiring counterpart funds 
 for the approval of some projects submitted to them. 
 Henceforth, proposals requiring counterpart funding 
 must first be cleared with my Office prior to 
 submission to the DOST.
