SUBJECT: Visit to UP of His Excellency Nguyen Tan Dzung, 
 Vietnam Prime Minister on August 10, 2007

The University of the Philippines Diliman has the honor of 
 receiving His Excellency, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dzung 
 of Vietnam on Friday, August 10, 2007, 8:00 a.m. at the 
 NISMED Auditorium.   Prime Minister Dzung has been visiting 
 various outstanding educational institutions to address young students.

May I request faculty members to encourage their students to 
 attend this rare event on the 10th of August?  (Guests are 
 requested to be seated in the Auditorium by 7:45 a.m.)  Thank you.
