Subject: Monitoring of Trust Funds

You are hereby enjoined to keep records of the deposits, 
 withdrawals and balances of your respective trust funds. 
 Quarterly reconciliation of balances should be done in 
 coordination with the Diliman Accounting Office (DAO). 
 Henceforth, DAO will provide your unit with the quarterly 
 status of fund balance of your trust funds.
