To: All Deans, Directors and Head of Units

Subject: Utilization of the Faculty Development Fund (FDF) 
 and Research Dissemination Grant (RDG) for 2008

This is to request each unit to submit a plan, schedule or 
 program on the utilization of its Faculty Development Fund 
 and Research Dissemination Grant allocation for 2008.

Please list down your faculty members’ requests in Excel format 
 (please see attached*). You may opt to submit it in two parts: 
 Part I - January to June; Part II - July to December). OVCAA 
 will provide you a worksheet with the College’s allocation of 
 funds through e-mail. Please cal VOIP 2585 and give the unit’s 
 email address.

Evaluation and processing of your 2008 FDF/RDG requests shall 
 commence only after you have submitted your plan.
