Subject: Observance of Payroll Update System |
You are hereby reminded to enforce the payroll control system in order to avoid unnecessary actions and or transactional delays.
Immediately after applications for leave or resignation of employees/faculty have been received, deans and administrative officers should inform Cash and Accounting Offices through telephone number 5315 and 5313, and in writing. This will help the Cash and Accounting Offices in determining which payrolls should be adjusted and whose salary be withheld.
Please note that any overpayment from effectivity of the employee's or faculty's leave until receipt of information by the Cash and Accounting Offices would have to be the joint responsibility of the concerned employee/faculty, the administrative officers and the dean. |
