Study Permits

All
international students are required to secure study permits from
OSA before registering in their courses
-
OSA issues
two copies of the study permit (one for the Registrar and another for the
College Secretary)
-
The study
permit is issued for every semester including the summer term.
-
It is a
necessary requirement for enrollment. It
is also the used as reference for verifying the authorized stay of the
foreign students and for computing the appropriate Education Development
Fee (EDF):

Certificate of Registration (ACR) for 9(f), 9(g) and 47(a)(2) visa holders (2

of Residence for Temporary Students (CRTS) for 9(f) visa holders (2
photocopies)

Affidavit of
Support for 9(f) visa holders (2
photocopies)

Certificate
of Residence for Pre-Arranged Employment (CRPE) for 9(g) visa holders (2

Immigrant
Certificate of Residence (ICR) or Native Born Certificate of Residence (NBCR)

Note:
Please submit the original copies of the aforementioned documents for
verification. Study
permits will be issued only upon submission of all requirements.
2.
Registration
-
The
registration process in the University includes the following steps:
securing admission slips from the University Registrar, getting your
registration materials, pre-advising, enlistment of courses, post-advising,
checking and assessment, and payment.

Guidelines
for registration are posted on the lobbies of respective colleges
-
For any
difficulty, kindly seek the assistance of the OSA.
The OSA will have volunteer registration assistants to guide you.
