Students intending to leave the Philippines for valid reasons during the
duration of their studies in the University must apply for an Exit Clearance Certificate (ECC) and a Special Return Certificate (SRC) from the Commission of Immigration
and Deportation. The Alien
Certificate of Registration (ACR) is surrendered to the CID upon application
of the ECC and SRC. The ECC
is given to the Philippine immigration officers at the port of departure; while
the SRC, at the port of arrival.
