It’s that time of the year once again, when UP Diliman (UPD) honors its best and brightest as the Linggo ng Parangal arrives this February 26–28.
The annual celebration brings together the finest and most exemplary members from all sectors of UPD, from the faculty, REPS, students and the staff.
Members of the faculty, REPS and staff who have retired from service and service awardees in the Parangal sa mga Retirado at Gawad Paglilingkod, to be held on February 26, 2 p.m. at the Malcolm Hall auditorium. On February 27, it’s the students’ turn to be recognized as awards for the Parangal para sa mga Mag-aaral will be handed out at the Cine Adarna of the UP Film Institute at 8 a.m.
And lastly on the final day of awarding is the piece de resistance, the Gawad Chanselor, where the crème de la crème of all the members of the UPD academic community will be recognized. It will be held at Malcolm Hall at 2 p.m. on February 28.
