Dr. Sergio S. Cao takes his oath of office as UP Diliman chancellor, March 3, at the Office of the President in Quezon Hall. His appointment to a second term has been approved by the Board of Regents at its 1230th meeting on February 29.
Cao’s second term in office continues his commitment to a Chancellorship that is accountable for its academic and financial performance and adheres to the principle of transparency in decision-making and financial management. The term carries a three-year period until February 28, 2011. UP President Emerlinda R. Román administers Cao’s oath-taking.
