Advisory re tickets and bus rides for
Pamantasang Hirang

The Office for Initiatives in Culture and the Arts (OICA) regrets that it is unable to accommodate the community’s request for tickets to the concert’s June 18 gala presentation.

Of the 1,800 seats at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP), more than 400 tickets were allotted to the Office of the President for distribution to donors and guests; 392 were given to the University Student Council and a good number of seats have been reserved for the CCP, members of the media, the production staff and performers.

Only 517 tickets for distribution to UPD units remain. Thus, OICA can only grant 30 percent of tickets requested by units who filed their application on or before the June 13 deadline.

Units are urged to fax to the UP Diliman Information Office the names of the ticket recipients on or before 12 noon tomorrow, June 18.

Tickets may be claimed upon boarding the bus to the CCP. Fourteen buses will transport the lucky ticket holders from UP Diliman to the venue. Boarding will start at 5 pm. Departure is at 5:30 pm.
