UP Diliman Month is the month-long series of celebrations, film showings, musical and dance performances, stage plays, exhibits, residence hall open house activities, and symposia and fora on academic and popular topics--all of these celebrating the diverse spectrum of interests and persuasions that mark UP Diliman life. Its highlights are the Turnover Ceremonies, where outgoing UP President Francisco Nemenzo (PFN) hands over the reigns to his successor, the Parangal kay PFN, and the Linggo ng Paranggal which recognizes the achievements and contributions of the UP Diliman faculty, students, and employees. For the students, Diliman Month in February is synomous with the week-long and festive UP Fair, held at the Sunken Garden.
