Ylanan Street (along Commonwealth Avenue) and Velasquez Street (along CP Garcia Avenue) shall be closed to vehicular traffic for 45 days starting November 12 in view of the construction of new portals on said entry and exit points to the UP Diliman campus core.
Motorists are advised to use the University Avenue as an alternate route to Ylanan Street and Jacinto Street, which shall be open daily from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., as an alternate route to Velasquez Street.
Tavera Street shall be made accessible only to Ikot and Toki jeeps.
