IV.
BASIC CRITERIA FOR SELECTION:

OTHER CONDITIONS
The
scholarship is renewable every semester provided recipient obtains
an average of "2.00," with no grade "5.00"
or unremoved "4.00" or "inc." in the preceding
semester.
VI.
DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants
should submit the following requirements:
A.
Duly accomplished application form
B. Income Tax Return of parents for the preceding year
D. True Copy of Grades
VII.
PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION
A.
Applicants must secure application forms from:
Office
of Scholarships and Student Services
Vinzons Hall, UP Diliman
Office
of the Institute Secretary
AIT Bldg., Commonwealth Avenue
Diliman, Quezon City
B.
Application forms must be submitted to the Office of Scholarships
and Student Services together with all the supporting documents.
Said office will conduct the preliminary screening.
C.
Final selection will be done by the AIT Admissions and Scholarships
Committee. The committee may use other criteria such as the interview
or an essay examination.
