Reliability of the LES

After field testing and factor analysis of the field results, the reliability of the LES was again determined.

The Learning Environment Scale, which now contains a total of 63 items, was found to have a reliability of 0.997 or 1.00, using Cronbach's alpha technique. This indicated that the instrument is highly reliable and the items have good comparable variances.
