Creative Selling Techniques is a course designed to meet customers’ needs and wants in a highly effective and systematic manner.  In order to achieve the desired sales goals, participants will be trained extensively in the formulation of the Sales Plan, the Selling Process, and how to conduct an effective Sales Call.

 

This short-course will ultimately develop in each participant a well-rounded personality and positive outlook in the art of selling.  It is a course suited for individuals who want to enhance their present skills or to reinforce plans of pursuing selling as a career or to generate more sales outputs in privately owned or wholly-owned business concerns.

COURSE CONTENT

 

The course includes the following topics and activities:

 

+     Attitudes of a top-notch salesman.

+     Business values of scientific/practical approaches in selling

+     Steps in the selling process.

+     Planned sales presentation outline.

+     Activities of the basic sales call procedure.

+     Step-by-step activities required in a sales call through role-play.

+     Formulating a sales plan.

 

 

OBJECTIVES

 

The Course on Creative Selling Techniques is a very appropriate, handy and timely program.  At the end of the course, the participants should be able to:

 

/    Identify the selling skills and ultimately improve overall sales performance and after-sales service.

 

/    Explain the different selling approaches in generating repeat and bigger sales orders periodically.

 

/    Apply practical insights in the art of selling either as a career or simply to gain dynamic strategies.

 

 

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

 

The course will use a combination of lecture-discussion, workshops, open forum, role-playing and film showing.

 

 

TARGET PARTICIPANTS

 

The course is open to sales supervisors and representatives, small and medium entrepreneurs.
