The Mobile Robotics Laboratory is a RESEARCH laboratory of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of the University of the Philippines. |

(1) Eating and smoking is not allowed inside the laboratory. |
|
(2) Excessive noise must be avoided (i.e. when talking or playing music, etc...) must be avoided. |
|
(3) The only students allowed inside the laboratory at any time are the student affiliates (SA's) of the lab. Non-SA's should ask permission to the lab head. |

(4) All equipment and supplies inside the laboratory must not be taken outside of the lab. |
|
(5) Cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory should always be maintained. SA's are expected to clean up their work areas before and after working. |
|
(6) Equipment that is not yet in use should be properly turned off and/or unplugged. |
|
(7) No OVERNIGHT is allowed in this laboratory. In instances when overnight stay is badly needed, a written permission for overnight must be made addressed to the lab head stating the reason/s for overnight. The letter must be submitted a day before the intended overnight. |

(8) All SA's are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner when inside the laboratory. |
|
(9) All SA's are expected to attend meetings. Additional responsibilities may be given to them as part of their being SA's. |
|
Violations of the aforementioned rules shall be met with punishments ranging from suspension and expulsion from the laboratory. |
