| The Center for Leadership, Citizenship and Democracy
(CLCD), U.P. National College of Administration and Governance (UP-NCPAG)
is organizing a seminar on Political Leadership on the Local Government
Level. Dr. Perla E Legaspi will be presenting the results of her study.
The event will be held on September 29, 2005 (Thursday), from 1:30-4:30
PM, at the Audio Visual Room, 3rd floor, NCPAG Building, UP-Diliman, Quezon
City.
Dr. Legaspi will discuss the findings on her research on "Profiles
of Political Leadership at the Local Government Level." She will
focus specifically on the personal traits, manegerial abilities, and leadership
styles of local government leaders drawn from her study of six local chief
executives at the provincial and municipal levels.

Belmonte of Quezon City, and Mayor Marcel Pan of Municipality of Goa,
Camarines Sur as reactors to Dr. Legaspi's presentation. |
