The School of Urban and Regional Planning Library (SURP) formerly Institute of Environmental Planning (IEP) Library was established in 1968. It is located at the ground floor of the MMINUTE building at E. Jacinto St., Diliman, Quezon City. As an integral part of the School, it lends informational support to the School’s major functions of providing planning education, research, training and consultancy. It serves as the venue through which faculty members, students and staff may keep abreast with current developments in the field of planning and development. The Library offers circulation, reserve, bibliographic, reference, internet, and advisory services.

As the premier institution for graduate education and research in urban and regional planning in the country, the SURP Library aims to further strengthen its role as a central repository of planning related materials in the country.
