Collection
The library collection consists mainly of books, pamphlets, journals on urban and regional planning and other related fields. Special collections such as military bases conversion materials, theses and dissertations, development plans, annual reports, audiovisual materials, and maps, are maintained to supplement the book and periodical collections. All special materials are strictly for room use only.
Reserve Collection – consists of books, pamphlets and collateral reading materials recommended by faculty members as a required reading for specific courses.
Reference Collection – refers to books, pamphlets and other sources of information that are used for ready reference and informational searches within the library premises. Examples are dictionaries, atlases, encyclopedias, handbooks, manuals, etc.
Circulation – are books, monographs and pamphlets that are placed on open shelves. These are freely accessible and may be borrowed for two weeks.
Computer and Internet Services – library offers data encoding, printing and internet access.

Proquest Academic Research Library - a multidisciplinary online database covering the fields of humanities, social science, general sciences, economics, education and business. ARL has full text overage of more than 1, 500 periodical titles, and abstracts and indexes of over 2, 500 periodical titles.
Proquest Digital Dissertations - the single, authoritative source for information about doctoral dissertations and master's theses. The database represents the work of authors from over 1,000 graduate schools and universities.
