celebrates 43@100
Calling ALL ALUMNI of
the UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES SCHOOL OF URBAN AND REGIONAL
PLANNING (UP SURP)

Are you a graduate of the University
of the Philippines School of Urban
and Regional Planning (UP SURP)? Do
you have old photos, anecdotes, and
interesting stories to share? Do you
want to be part of the First Grand
Alumni Homecoming Souvenir Program?
On the
occasion of the School’s 43rd
Founding Anniversary and the
University Centennial, the
University of the Philippines School
of Urban and Regional Planning (UP
SURP) will hold its First Grand
Alumni Homecoming with the theme:
“SURP – 43 @100”,
on Friday, October 24, 2008 from
6:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. at the Grand
Terrace, Commonwealth Avenue in
Quezon City. Be a part of this
once-in-a-lifetime celebration.
The UP Alumni Association (UPAA)
SURP Chapter will be honoring its
Jubilarians: Coral (Class of 1973)
and earlier; Pearl (1978); Silver
(1983); China (1988), Crystal
(1993), and Tin (1998) and, together
with former classmates and teachers,
fellow alumni, will salute their
beloved School and recognize the
roles it has played in their
lives as well as in the
country’s development course in this
year of the UP Centennial.
The homecoming
will also be a time to reminisce the good old times and celebrate
and rekindle the camaraderie formed in the School and in the
University. And to capture these moments, the UPAA SURP Chapter will
release a Souvenir Program that features recent and old photos,
nostalgic articles and reminiscences, greetings and other
interesting information contributed by alumni.
Be a part of this once-in-a-lifetime
celebration. Be PROUD to be PART of
UP SURP’s 43rd and UP’s 100th.
