Short Course in Urban and Regional Planning 2007
The U.P. School of Urban and Regional Planning (UP-SURP) hereby announces the holding of a Short Course in Urban and Regional Planning (SCURP) at the SURP Building in U.P. Diliman, Quezon City. This special course aims to introduce a model for local environmental planning and development that will integrate planning in the overall governance function. Through this special course, UP-SURP hopes to contribute to the national effort to localize the principles of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

A Green Invitation
Let's get together and talk Green! this 10 to 11 of November 2006 at the Convention Hall of the Occupational Safety and Health Center in North Avenue cor Mindanao Ave, Diliman Quezon City (near SM City North EDSA).
Participants get to see a free concert and dance to the music of the Spirit of '67 band on Nov. 10. Non-participants can also come and join the party at P350.00 per ticket.

SURP Celebrates SPRING PROGRAM'S 10th Year and Its 41st Founding
Anniversary
The School of Urban and Regional Planning (SURP) celebrated its 41st founding anniversary in a different fashion as it also commemorates the10th year of the Spatial Planning for Regions in Growing Economies (SPRING-Asia) Program. It was held from October 16 to 18, 2006.
