November 3, 2008--- Batangas City
Mayor Eduardo B. Dimacuha
and
Dean Candido A. Cabrido Jr.,
President of
UP PLANADES, signed a
contract for the updating of the city’s Comprehensive
Land Use Plan and Comprehensive Development Plan (CLUP/CDP).
The UP PLANADES also prepared Batangas City’s existing
CLUP and CDP in 1997, and about 75% of said plans have

implemented , as per preliminary assessment of City Planning and Development Coordinator
(CPDC) Engr. Januario B. Godoy.
