Rhine-Waal University signs MOA with UPD

(February 23)—The Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences (RWUAS), Germany led by its (fifth from left) president, Professor Dr. Marie Louise Klotz, signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with UP Diliman through (center) Chancellor Caesar A. Saloma on February 20 at the Board of Regents Room in Quezon Hall.

The MOA includes provisions for students and faculty exchanges, training, joint PhD program, cooperation of research activities, organization of seminars and academic meetings, and other activities as mutually agreed by both institutions.

Witnessing the MOA signing were (fourth from left) Mr. G. Saha, director of the RWUAS South and Southeast Asia Office, and (seventh from left) Dr. Ronald S. Banzon, vice chancellor for academic affairs.
