UPDP has a new patrol vehicle

(March 6)—The UP Diliman Police (UPDP) received a brand new Toyota Vios, a donation from the National Center for Transportation Studies Foundation, Inc. (NCTSFI), on February 29 in front of Quezon Hall.

At the turnover ceremony were (from left) Chancellor Caesar A. Saloma, Dr. Aura C. Matias, College of Engineering dean and National Engineering Center executive director, (seated in car) Police Major Bernie V. Baltazar, UPDP officer-in-charge, and Rev. Fr. Victor Jonathan Bote, who blessed the brand new vehicle after the ribbon-cutting and signing of the deed of donation.

Also present were Dr. Jose Regin F. Regidor, NCTSFI president; Dr. Oscar P. Ferrer, National College of Public Administration and Governance professor and former Office of Student Activities coordinator; and Teresita R. Ronquillo, NCTS University Extension Specialist, who hosted the event.—H.C.P.
